Jason Ebel
Co-Founder, Two Brothers Artisan Brewing
Twenty-one years ago, Jason Ebel and his brother Jim followed their passion and founded Two Brothers Brewing Company.
Starting out with just a small business loan and a few old dairy tanks from their grandfather, the Ebel brothers have turned their two-man passion project into a lifestyle brand.
Today, the brand has expanded to include a 40,000-square-foot brewing facility in Warrenville, Illinois, award-winning craft beer, five artisan restaurants, specialty-grade coffee, a distribution company and most recently, a line of hand-crafted artisan spirits.
“We have had a great 20-plus years with Two Brothers, but are never one to sit back and rest on our laurels,” said Jason Ebel. “We are always looking to evolve and grow as a company and we are excited about our future as a lifestyle brand.”
The new Artisan Spirits line builds on the company’s extensive experience in brewing beer and roasting coffee. Each Artisan Spirit features a signature Two Brothers’ spin, elevating them from traditional craft spirits.
Jason continues to be an active member in the craft beer community, serving as a member of the Brewers Association since 2003, including the Craft Brewers Conference Committee and Pipeline Committee. He has been a judge for the Great American Beer Festival since 1998 and the World Beer Cup since 2000.
Through its 21-year history, Two Brothers has remained 100% family owned and staunchly independent, with Jason and Jim at the forefront.
